Our Physicians
Our physicians are highly trained board certified otolaryngologists. They specialize in ear, nose, and throat, head and neck, and facial cosmetic problems. Our clinical staff includes licensed and experienced audiologists, physical therapists, and allergy technicians.

Phil L. Anderson, M.D.
Dr. Anderson is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. After undergraduate training at Walla Walla College, he went on to receive his M.D. from Loma Linda University in 1988. He finished his residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in 1994. Dr. Anderson works exclusively at our Salmon Creek and Fishers Landing locations.

Adam S. Wilson, M.D
Dr. Wilson is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He received his bachelors from California State University at Hayward in 1985. He received his M.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in 1990. He finished his residency at Georgetown University Medical Center in 1995. Dr. Wilson works exclusively at our Salmon Creek and Fishers Landing locations.

Edward L. Treyve, M.D.
Dr. Treyve is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He received his bachelors from Portland State University in 1972. He received his M.D. from Oregon Health Science University in 1976. He completed his residency at the University of Washington in 1981. Dr. Treyve works exclusively at our Longview location.

Jeffrey R. Davis, M.D
Dr. Davis is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He received his bachelors at Brigham Young University in 1991. He received his M.D. from the Baylor College of Medicine in 1995. He finished his residency at SUNY Health Science Center Syracuse in 2000. Dr. Davis works exclusively at our Longview and Salmon Creek locations.

Michael J. Mitchell, M.D.
Michael J. Mitchell, MD, is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He received his bachelors from Baylor University in 1985. He received his MD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas in 1989. He completed his residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in 2001. Dr. Mitchell works exclusively at our Fishers Landing and Salmon Creek locations.

David P. McQuivey, PA-C
Dave is certified by the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He attended the University of Utah for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from the Touro College of Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program on Long Island, NY, and received the Outstanding Clinical Achievement award upon graduation. Dave works primarily at our Fishers Landing location.
Lourdes Herrera, MSPT
Lourdes graduated from Texas Women's University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and clinical Master's in Physical Therapy in 1992 and 1993. She received her Certificate of Specialization in Vestibular Rehab through Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Lourdes is trained in the use of Neurocom Smart Equitest Balance Master, which is used to evaluate and treat balance disorders. Her continuing education course work has been focused on advance rehabilitation of balance disorders and fall prevention. Lourdes works exclusively at our Salmon Creek location.

Our Hearing Aid Clinic is proud to offer the best in audiology products and services to patients in the Southwest Washington area. Our audiologists are able to provide a full range of services, encompassing comprehensive hearing loss testing, treatment, products and information. We carry all major hearing aid brands, as well as hearing aid batteries and repairs.

Bradly J. Edgerton PhD, CCC-A
Bradly J. Edgerton PhD, CCC-A, is a PhD Audiologist with over twenty years experience. He has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association. He was the director of Auditory Research for the world renowned House Ear Institute of Los Angeles and is an expert in all aspects of hearing assessment and hearing aid evaluation and fitting. Bradly works at all three locations.

Sherry Dickie, M.A., CCC-A
Sherry obtained her Master's degree in Audiology in 1989 from Portland State University. She has experience as a staff audiologist at the Portland VA Medical Center as well as the Oregon Health Sciences University & Medical Center (OHSU). As part of the cochlear implant team at OHSU, she worked primarily with adult patients to evaluate, fit , and follow-up cochlear implants. She is experienced in all aspects of hearing evaluation, electrophysiological measurement of the auditory system, hearing aid fitting, and patient counseling. She also performs advanced balance and vestibular testing at our Pacific Dizziness and Balance Center. In her free time she spends time with her family.

Joseph Goyzman, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor Joseph Goyzman obtained his Master's Degree from Portland State University in 1998. He completed his Doctorate in Audiology in 2003 from the University of Florida. His experience includes working in a hospital based hearing center and working with deaf and hard-of-hearing children in an educational setting. He specializes in fitting advanced digital hearing aids and hearing assistive devices. Dr. Goyzman holds a national Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology. He is fluent in Russian. In his free time he spends time with his family and enjoys sports, music , and travel.

Susan Healea, M.A., CCC-A
Susan Healea obtained her Master's Degree in Audiology from Western Washington University in Bellingham in 1984. She has practiced audiology in Cowlitz and Clark Counties since 1983. She holds a national Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology. Susan's specialties include pediatric diagnostics and hearing aid fittings and counseling for all ages. Susan has been with our Longview office for over two years. In her free time she is an internationally sought after round dance instructor and choreographer.

Christopher Moor, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor Moor obtained his Master's Degree in Audiology form the University of Utah in 1966. He completed his Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida in 2003. He holds a national Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology. He has extensive clinical experience working with hearing impaired and special needs children. He is also an expert in advanced diagnostic testing for balance and dizziness disorders and is an integral part of the Pacific Balance and Dizziness Center. He works with all brands and styles of hearing aids and performs hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and patient counseling. Doctor Moor has been with our practice for over ten years. In his free time he enjoys travel, reading , and is an accomplished musician.
